Magnificent mountains with ski runs that have a length of 17.5 km as well as drag and chair lifts make Pamporovo one of the most popular ski resorts in Bulgaria. Firstly, the air was fresh. We arrived with a bus and the staff was so nice to pick us up and drive us to the Complex. They were never rude, the villa was clean and it was very well situated. Definitely one of our favourite places

The wellness center is small but it has everything you need and it’s very clean. This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The host, Catherine is amazing, very helpful and kind.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Everything was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Batak. It's very clean and luxurious. Great host, great location!
