A wonderful, quiet garden with a lot of flowers, papillons etc.. The people are so friendly and helpful, the food from their restaurant is really good (try the seafood hotpot!). The room (bungalow) was clean and there was everything what you need! A very very nice stay!

We had the best time in CornerCatBa. The host family couldn’t be any kinder. Thanh helped us to book Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay tour, transfers from/to Hanoi and Ninh Binh, did the laundry for us, recommended restaurants and cafes and cooked delicious breakfasts. She also helped to arrange a taxi for us to take us to Cat Ba National Park and even prepared bahn mi, snacks and water for us for free. The location of the accommodation was also great away from all the noise of Cat Ba Town with a beautiful view of the lake. We felt very special to experience Vietnamese hospitality and authentic experience. Thanh (our host) was so generous and kind, we felt like part of the family from the moment we arrived. If you want to experience true Vietnamese hospitality, look no further.

This homestay is a great option in Cat ba. Great location in town, but at the end of an alley so the only noise came from the animals outside. The water pressure in the spacious shower was the best I have had in Vietnam. You will be well cared for during your stay. If you need help booking transportation or tours, just ask. If you need breakfast or any drinks, you can get it prepared for you. Great communication from when I booked to when the bus picked me up for Nihn Bihn.

EVERYTHING. The bedroom was lovely. The bathroom was so clean and laid out perfectly. The breakfast was excellent with locally sourced foods. We ordered the egg coffee and a dinner. Both were so tasty. Our host assisted us with a taxi to take us sightseeing. We would highly recommend AN Homestay to anyone interested in Cat Ba food, culture and would like to be spoiled!

The building is very modern and is located a bit up on a hill - so it is mostly quiet. To get to the center of Cat Ba Town it takes a 10 to 15 minutes walk. Everything was clean and there is enough space for all tourists. We easily rented 2 scooter at the hotel and explored the island by ourselves. We can definietly recommend this place, if you are looking for a comfortable stay not directly in the center.
