One of the best hostels in Almaty, I would say. This hostel is a gem. The rooms are very clean. Oscar and his colleague are very courteous. The owner is very accommodating, understanding, and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help us with every question we have. Everything you need is provided: basic toiletries, towels, washing machine, dryer, kettle, hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, and cooking facilities. You can also store your luggage if you need to leave for another city for a day or two. The room rate is affordable and reasonable. The location is near grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants. I hope they maintain this level of service, as they help a lot of travelers and tourists.

Great location and property, welcoming host, modern facilities. The only surprise was that we booked a room with two twin beds and it was a room with one large bed, but this was not an issue, as we asked for a separate comforter. Can’t comment on b-fast as we left for our flight before that.

Wow - is all I can say. This was one of the best places we have stayed. Right from the location to the host themselves, it was truly a great experience. The owner is a fantastic person and the way she has ensured setting up this place is commendable!
