The room looked new, was clean and comfortable, and had everything you needed for an extended stay. It was roomy enough for the three of us. I loved that it had a washer and the bathroom could also be used as a dryer. All of the TV stations are in Japanese, but you can also use your account to stream Netflix and YouTube in english. The location was excellent and very convenient. An entrance to the metro is just past 4 stores out the lobby door to the left. Most of the main attractions are located just 10-20 minutes walk away. There are many convenience stores and eating places located right outside the lobby doors. They also have bag storage, which was very useful.

The self-check-in was very easy and we loved that we were within walking distance from Dotonbori and other shopping/food areas. The view from our balcony was also very nice and we appreciated that there was a washing machine in the room if we needed one. The room was also very cute with the small table and tatami area.
