Hurry and Sailor are very friendly and thorough in explaining the place of interest around Gotemba and places to go in Mt Fuji. You got the beautiful Mt Fuji view directly from your room. It's literally your breakfast view. Thank you for your hospitality we will come back and stay again in your place

It is a very unique place to stay. We enjoyed the use of the cinema. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my family of 6. The location was great!

The couple that ran the shop were very kind and helpful. I spoke very little japanese, but they were very helpful. I was also greeted by two cats who were really friendly. The onsen is small, but really relaxing and worth it.

A nice japanese style house, with all the necessary equipments to cook in the big kitchen. And everything was clean. Quiet and confortable. Close to the lake Ashi by bus.

La camera è super spaziosa, i letti davvero comodi, il bagno perfetto, la camera e tutta la struttura sono davvero pulitissimi! Questo è uno degli alloggi migliori in cui abbia mai soggiornato sia per gli spazi ma soprattutto per la pulizia e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nella zona ci sono diversi locali dove mangiare la sera, ed è facilmente raggiungibile con un bus. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Could not have loved this place more, it was the highlight of our whole trip. Amazing comfy bed with a lovely view. In the morining I had a relaxing soak in the lovely private bath on my balcony, which was surrounded by trees and birds singing, as the sun came up - absolutley perfect. Lovely traditional breakfast! The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Several of them spoke very good English. We paid to have a kaiseki dinner at the hotel and this was a wonderful experience - amazing food and we had such a lovely evening. Wish we could have stayed at this place for a week!
