Travelling with 3 other players of the Swiss Gateball team, we were surprised that the 'hotel' was actually an apartment with three bedrooms, which was initially a surprise which turned into a very happy surprise. All three rooms had 'ensuite' and there was a kitchen which was well stocked for breakfast. It was located close to the sports stadium where we played, and easy walk into town. When leaving the owner's assistant drove one of the friends very early morning to the airport, and was annoyed when we said we had booked a taxi for the the following morning. It was a pleasure to stay there and we were very well received by the owner.

The room was stylish and was immaculately clean. It seemed like it had been newly decorated. It's a modern room in an old historic building in a fantastic location. The staff we met (owners?) were really kind and lovely. Bottled water, coffee and snacks were included. Make sure you phone to let them know what time you're arriving. I had sent an SMS with our expected arrival time (as requested) but we ended up being late so there was no-one there to greet us. If I was to stay again, I would call and let them know. This is not a criticism as the staff were fantastic and were there in five minutes.

Fantastic experience, the room was spacious, bright and modern and extremely clean with all comforts. The jacuzzi bath was super and also perfectly clean. The bed was also really comfortable. The staff were really helpful and informative upon arrival and sent us a number of discounts for nearby bars. Would definitely stay here again.
