The hotel is very-well located, the restaurants and touristic places are all in walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was also extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The fridge in the room was working quite well, so we were able to drink cold beverages all the time. There were free coffee and tea in the room. The checkout time is 10:30, which is a little bit early, but there are lockers in the hall where you can put your luggage.

Sonia was so friendly, warm, accommodating and made us feel so at home. Her morning array of delicious breakfast items was amazing...not to mention the delicious coffee varieties she made for us. We established new friendships with people who had stayed there many times before Sonia went above and beyond by getting our cell phone back that we left in a taxi. Best place we ever stayed at in Europe. We will be sure to visit there again!!! Love you Sonia!!!

Firstly the price of the accomodation was excellent in comparison to other for the dates that we stayed. Upon arrival we had trouble with the keypad to gain access but messaged the owner and they immediately responded and we gained access straight away. The apartment has been upgraded to a very good standard and exceptionally clean. Everything that you needed and more. We even had a lovely little courtyard with a table and chairs that you could sit in. We would highly recommend these apartments and would book in the future if we are travelling to Bologna. The apartment was situated in a great location close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.
