the apartment was really very very very nice and clean. we felt great there, we had everything ready, the owner is very nice and caring, the beach is from apartment 10 min walk, the apartment had a great clean pool that they took care of, everything was very nice, quiet and calm and really very very clean without a single stain, we were more than happy there!!! :) :) :) love it all !!!

Very nice and friendly hosts. We have traveled during the night with small children and arrived very early in the morning (before 7 am), yet we were only asked for a half hour to have our apartment ready. The stairs to the apartment are steep, however the host helped with the luggage without having to ask for it. The rooms were extremely clean, the beds were made ready and towels were set. The apartment looked as it was brand new, not even one spot of browning was visible between the tiles in the bathroom.

I rented a lot of places *but this place* by mr. Crnov is exceptional. The location is perfect. The apartment was exceptionally clean, even the marble on the terrace was so clean at night you could see reflection from the light. I love this place. Owner gave us the keys. Show us the wifi and some basics about the Vodice and just let us be. So professional, friendly and welcoming. I would stay here every time and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

We where hosted in the apartment on the last floor with the biggest terrace with an amazing view of Vodice. The apartment was really big and had everything you need to spend an amazing holiday. The host was really welcoming and helped us with a lot of things we wanted to do. Parking immediately under the apartment closed inside there gates. We really recommend this to everyone! We had an amazing stay, thank you!

As the pictures show, the location of the apartment is in an idyllic location and only a short walk to the commercial area of Vodice. We couldn't rate this accommodation highly enough.

I have spent several weeks on the Croatian Adriatic but Villa Neda was by far the best and highest quality accommodation at a very fair price. The kitchen has everything you need (including a dishwasher!) to cook. The apartment is very spacious and in good condition. The pool is taken care of on a regular basis and is thus very clean. You reach Olympia and imperial Beach (very beautiful places with a lot of restaurants, bars and more) within 10 mins and have grocery stores nearby. There was everything we need for cooking and bbq (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, some spices). The Villa even provides a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and an ironing station. Every room has air conditioning and enough closet space for clothes. The host (Ivana) was super nice and friendly, she gave us some recommendations. If anything was unclear, she responded very quickly and gave her best to make our stay nice and easy.
