Coffee shops and restaurants are not heard, yet a few footsteps away. The apartment itself was super clean and cozy, stylish& modern and had everything needed and more!

The spacious rooms, luxurious facilities and the warm hospitality of the owner Thomas made our stay the best and most precious. The location is also perfect for sightseeing, restaurants, cafes and shopping. If we have the opportunity to visit Regensburg again, we will definitely choose Domresidenz.

Nicely furnished and very well equipped apartment in the newly built and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to the river. Cosy inner yard. Microwave, oven, Nespresso machine with bonus capsules and even coffee creamer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Three of us stayed for 2 nights in November. The appearment is spacious, well-designed and well-decorated, light, clean, very comfortable and can easily accommodate 4-6 people. The location very quiet, and yet it is only 15 minute walk from city centre. There are some restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. The beds are very comfortable, there are books and boardgames for a quiet evening, and overall it felt like a home rather than a rental appartment. The WiFi worked well, and the mobile phone signal strengh was good. The owners are incredibly helpful and welcoming. We received a delicious home-made cake on arrival (!) as well as useful advice on places to visit and eat out. On our departure, they even drove us to the station to help us catch the early morning train. We will definitely come again when we are in the area.
