Offering barbecue facilities and quiet street view, Ferienwohnung Burg Murten is located in Murten, 27 km from Bern railway station and 28 km from University of Bern.

The apartment was exceptionally well appointed and had everything we needed. It was modern and clean, but at the same time felt very homely and comfortable. Whilst we had almost no interaction with the host, the instructions given on arrival were very clear and it was nice to be left to our own devices. The location (on a farm) was good too, being only a shorty 2.5km walk to town.

Ofenhaus, allotjament vacacional a Murten

Built in 1750, the Ofenhaus was originally used for baking bread and is situated next to the owner's farm house 1 km from the centre of Murten.

We loved staying at the quaint little ‘Ofenhaus’! It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

L'Old Town Flat combina un edifici històric situat al centre de Murten amb apartaments elegants i moderns que inclouen una cuina completament equipada, una terrassa amb jardí i Wi-Fi gratuïta.

Basically in the old town, but quiet. Adorable flat with everything we needed. Really nice to have an area to sit and chat instead of a hotel room.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you might need. We didn't meet the hosts but the information with regard to the key and the apartment was easily explained over the phone. The apartment is only minutes away from the lake and the charming village of Morat.
