One of the best places I've stayed in Armenia. This place is out in the countryside away from towns, the location suited me fine as I am a solo bicycle traveller passing through. Clearly the property can cater for larger groups and functions. My room was large, there was a large lounge and dining area, and a good sized kitchen with everything you need and I could cook my own meal. The nice family live upstairs so I didn't feel like I was intruding and nor did they intrude on me. They come and go as appropriate. Tea and coffee making facilities are there, washing machine, everything you need. Highly recommend.

The host was exceptional. The area is stunning. I asked to have breakfast and everything was delicious. Zara showed me a map and recommended places to visit around the area. Her English is very good. I had a heater in my room in case I was cold
