The location is perfect in boat quay, nice to walk or to take the MRT 5min walk. The room was good for one person, it was as expected, small but comfortable, like a motorhome. It was very clean, but don't expect daily cleaning. The staff was very helpful and responsive through the app and whatsapp group, it works really well. They also warn about some possible noise from the street bars and restaurants, but to be honest I didn't notice them from my room (3rd floor and back).

The location was amazing, so close to lots of shops and the Boat Quay area with MRT stations nearby. The bathrooms were clean and a good size with nice mirrors.

Staff great particularly front desk and housekeeping. Manager excellent, sorted an issue out with the room. Location fantastic, the hotel is next to Clarke Quay and close to Boat Quay with a great selection of bars and restaurants. The hotel effectively sits on top of Clarke Quay MRT with three station exits in a couple of minutes walk. The Exec rooms good. Well equipped and reasonable size. Breakfast reasonable. Excellent omelette/ eggs station.

The staff were very polite, efficient and friendly from the Check In Reception Desk, the Housekeeping staff and the service staff at the Cafe. My son loved both the bath tub in the room and the swimming pool and the convenience of the snack vending machine. I loved the tranquility of the resort. Our room overlooks the swimming pool and it was pretty scenic with the sea in the background and all the little boats parked outside. It was quite picturesque in the evening with the sunset.

Location couldn't be better, right opposite Clarke Quay, a 7 minute walk to Boat Quay and the Clarke Quay Metro Station is just across the road. We lived in Sinagpore for 8 years and chose to stay here when visiting because it is really central to everything you want to do. Room was very nice and good value against its competition. Staff were all excellent and room service was swift and delicious.

Galaxy Pods Boat Quay was absolutely value for money. The capsules are well maintained sleeping areas that do one thing well, allow you to sleep. The lounge was a wonderful place to relax and charge devices, and the staff are lovely.

We had a great experience at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay. The location is great, and it's not loud considering how central it is. The staff were very helpful, Loc and Ryan helped us check in and also stored our bags for us for a short while after we checked out. The room itself was lovely, it was clean and tidy and equipped with a washer/dryer, kitchenette, and fridge.

Great location next to Funan mall and mrt access, easy walk to Fort Canning park a beautiful area to walk and relax and also close to bars and eateries by Clarke and boat quay riversides. Refurbished rooms nicely fitted and spacious although bathrooms can be a little tight on space. Staff where professional and hospitable.

The hotel is very well located. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Within relatively short walk you can be at Little India (one of the city's tourist spots). With an very short walk you can reach the nearest rain station that can easily connect you anywhere in the city (15mins to the famous boat hotel). Very clean place. Staff were always happy to help
