Very french style and stylish in any way. Warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a english-french one - croissant, pain-au-chocolat, baguette, juice, cheese, butter, jam and marmelade. Everything was really delicious, especially the parts from the bakery! Adorable! Tea and coffee we could make by ourselves. The little kitchen was really useful. A very quiet place in a big city and very near to M11 (Metro line) what brought us to the city center within 20 minutes.

The house is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with all choices you can think of. More importantly, Claudio is a scholar. We had great conversation about many leading technology topics. I wish I could stay more nights.

The bedroom and bathroom are super clean. Beds are very comfy. Food is delicious and fresh. The host is very friendly and helpful. She even bakes homemade cupcakes which are super tasty 😋 She also gave us tips on where to park and where to eat when we went to Disney.

Maia was a wonderful host. She initiated contact leading up to stay, welcomed us to accommodation, helped booking dinner in local restaurant. A very positive friendly and helpful host

In my opinion it could be a true Parisian experience. The house is beautiful the furniture is exquisite, they have a lovely back yard, breakfast was good organic made in house. We stayed a couple of nights at the Marriott in Paris which was much more expensive but to be honest we preferred this place. It just has that Parisian ambience.

If the weather is good, you can walk by the river. Place is directly next to the river! And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.

Fred and Nadia were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and attentive, helpful with recommendations and well-informed about the area. The breakfast was fantastic- well beyond expectations. We would definitely come back!
