It was more than expected, I saw the pictures before booking and I wasnt 100% convinced to book, but it is so neat, spacious, you have everything you need for an excellent stay. You have snacks, water, coffee, tea, breakfast included, which it was delicious, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Easy to check-in and check-out. They kept for us our luggage after check-out. 7 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower. 15 minutes to the airport. Everything is close.

Although we arrived way ahead of check-in time and our room was not ready, we were allowed to leave our belongings in it and given a key card to access it. Overall we very much enjoyed everything, It was a good choice for us

The property is set 24 km from Livorno Port, 3.6 km from Botanical Gardens of Pisa and 22 km from Stazione Livorno Centrale. The guest house features family rooms.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

We needed a place to stay between the train station and the airport in Pisa. We're good walkers but regardless it was easy to walk from the train station to the property and then from the property to the airport the next day. We had never been to Pisa or to this neighborhood before and realized after getting there that a lot of B&B's are in apartment buildings. This one is extremely clean, nice and friendly. They provided us with helpful information before our arrival.

    Lovely camping with trees all around the little caravan houses. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available at extra costs. Great location very close to Pisa tower and the city centre. Outdoor kitchen was a nice addition as you could prepare your lunch and sit and enjoy it during the day or night. Having your morning coffee out in the quiet nature was a pleasure. Being able to park your car outside your cabin for free was so convenient.

    The Rinascimento is a gem in Pisa, charming, comfortable and the owners arranged the B&B with so much attention to every detail. Excellent breakfast. Great location.

    Great location, it's close to the leaning tower but also to the city center and the train station. We met friendly landlady who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. Before arrival we were wondering if it was possible to provide dairyfree and glutenfree breakfest but she bought it for us, it was great. There is a coffee machine and also coffee capsules, tea, sugar, milk, .... Apartment is quiet, the windows face the courtyard so we slept well and I recommend to stay there.

    Location doesn't get any better. This apartment is just in the middle of the city centre, right on borgo stretto, but still very quiet. Walking distance to all the main attractions and train station which made it very easy to travel around. Clean and spacious it was ideal for a family of 4. Edoardo was a great host, efficient and clear with communication, he provided all the information we needed, he was very responsive on wattsup and accommodating with late check out. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Edoardo!

    Great location if you need to fly out from the airport which is walking distance. Was in a nice quiet area and still within walking distance of the city centre.

    Situated on a charming quiet street - very easy to find. Charming host. Nice rooms. Italian break fast (a bit sweet for Nordic travelers). The private toilet on the hallway was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

    Perfect location for train station and airport. About 20 minute walk from the leaning tower. Charming little bed and breakfast. Room had everything you needed and was very clean. The host was wonderful and so friendly. Very helpful and offered maps and information on what to do in Pisa. Room was very quiet so no issues sleeping. I would recommend this friendly little bed and breakfast.
