The staff were super helpful and catered for all our requests -Carol and Jeff are wonderful hosts! The location in the centre of the Cod peninsula is also very practical. In our 20-day road trip in the States we mostly stayed in well-known 4 and 5-star hotels, which were all equalled or bettered by this small country-side inn.

The breakfast was fantastic and varied day to day, the room comfortable and clean. And the location is great: close to the centre of Provincetown, but at the same time in a quieter section of Commercial St.

Everything at the Tern Inn was exceptional! The property is very well maintained and the guest suites are large, spacious and super clean! I loved how each of the rooms have their own decor and they had everything you could need while away. The toiletries were a super nice touch as well and the rooms felt very quaint and cozy and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic! There was selection of hot and cold items and nothing was lacking. The property is located in the BEST location on Cape Cod, central to everything while still being on a quiet and quaint street. We had a fantastic stay. John and his wife were friendly and informative and made us feel at ease while providing the locals best tips on how to enjoy our stay. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat and would stay again!

The breakfast consisted of great quality products and the coffee from the Swiss Jura coffee machine was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!
