All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

The place was so beautiful. Eduarda and Maria were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was excellent and our room was so comfortable and clean. We couldn’t have picked a better place to start our vacation in the Azores.

Casa Rua Velha ligger i Horta och har stadsutsikt och gratis WiFi 3 minuters promenad från Praia da Conceição och 2,6 km från Praia do Almoxarife strand. Our studio was so cute! We arrived to fresh hydrangeas, a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolates. Kitchenette, washer, air conditioning, big bed, and the greatest shower! Our room had a small patio as well. I can't describe how sparking clean the building and room was. Gina and her husband were amazing hosts - greeting us and then checking in via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. Just steps away from the ferry terminal and a nice walk along the marina to Peter Sport Cafe and Praia do Porto Pim beach. I cannot say enough about Casa Rua Velha.

DMCharme ligger i Ponta Delgada, 12 km från Pico do Carvao, och har en gemensam lounge, terrass och utsikt över staden. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to all the points of interest, shops and bars. Especially good if you don’t rent a car. The rooms and common areas were very spacious.

Was supposed to meet my sister here who was flying separately but my flight was cancelled. The staff was extremely nice and helpful during check in (despite reservation being in my name etc) and throughout the entire stay (helped order taxis, make recommendations, prepared a delicious to go breakfast for the early morning flight). Room was nice, everything was very clean, nice amenities(pool, gym), good location. Would definitely return!

The Shipyard - Angra ligger 8 minuters promenad från Zona Balnear da Prainha strand och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, ett fitnesscenter och en terrass samt restaurang. Modern hotel with beautiful and extra large room. Location is just outside the city Center but a short walk along the water brings you there in less than 10 mins. The breakfast was great with tons of options. Friendly staff. Great shower comfy bed and kitchenette if you want to cook.
