It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Our overnight stay was comfortable for our group of 8. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Thank you, Charlotte.

Huge bowl of fruit and other goodies (cookies, milk, specialty coffees & other drinks) for us on arrival and everything was so very comfortable- the bed linen was superb! Wish we could have stayed longer! 😄

A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. Set in Napier, within 1.7 km of McLean Park and 600 metres of Pania of the Reef Statue, Laneway Apartments offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a bar and a garden. amazing apartment, kept so clean and felt like a complete home. owner was lovely, 100% recommend staying here :)

Breakfast was extremely thoughtful and delicious. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Views from the room are incredible, especially if you catch the sunrise. Location is great, can walk to centre of town. Do note: the driveway is very steep and long (it is a shared driveway for multiple houses) so walking back up may be difficult for some. This was our best accommodation in New Zealand. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Maree and Mike (and Dougal)!

The view is amazing, the house is compact but spacious and very clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, in terms of cooking, serving, entertaining etc. Bed was comfy, sofa was comfy, TV etc. great. Highly recommend! It's only a short drive from the shops/beach (5 mins).
