The staff in Palazzo is very professional, especially its manager, Leonardo, who is very reliable as a contact person and responds to his guests' needs immediately. Travelling alone in a company of my dog, I felt very welcomed, and the presence of my pet was absolutely no issue! On the contrary, I felt like being at home. Thank you, Leonardo, for all your assistance. I hope I will be back in Palazzo Zippitelli soon!

Antonio was increadibly welcomy ! Breakfast was superb, freshly baked croissants every morning, great coffe, and amazing focaccia picca bread! Definitely going back!

Located just up from the sea. Made for easy and enjoyable walks along the sea wall. Breakfast was in a lovely courtyard setting and delicious.

Situated in the centre of Bari, 2.4 km from Pane e Pomodoro Beach and 600 metres from Basilica San Nicola, Arco Alto Rooms offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The room was clean and it had everything needed. The location is great - in the heart of the old town. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the host kept our bags, so we can walk around until the room is ready. He was very helpful. There was also water, coffee and jams for free use.

The suite was very clean, very nicely decorated, had a great balcony we enjoyed a lot. It had everything we needed, including hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free coffee and water. Very good position in the city, within walking distance from the important landmarks, shops, historical city. Very safe area with a great view of the sunset from the balcony. One of the best accommodations ever stayed at. Would recommend 10/10.

The recently renovated White Coast is situated in Polignano a Mare, near Lido Cala Paura and Spiaggia di Ponte dei Lapilli. Antonio was fantastic. He picked us up from the train station, dropped us back when we were leaving. Helped us locate shops that sold phone chargers because we left ours at the previous hotel. The hotel is in a great location, we could see the sandstone bridge from our balcony. It's about a 1min walk to the main street with the bridge.
