Great location a little off the beaten track from the usual tourist destinations, nice restaurants close by and not a lot else’s going on. Sun, sea and peace. Our host was in contact with us from before we got off the ferry and answered all our awkward questions as to which bus to get on ( the only bus) where to get off and was there to meet us. Throughout our stay he was available to assist us with car hire and local information. A lovely place to put the feet up for a few days.

Located right next to the beach in Pomena, Guesthouse Sanela offers accommodation in Mljet National Park. Free WiFi access is provided in all areas. Public parking is provided nearby. Excellent location and value. Very clean and comfortable with a large shared balcony.n Would stay again.

The studio was very well designed and the facilities were high quality and worked well. Shower and cooking facilities were excellent. The terrace was super. Lovely views over the port and the sea. The bed was very comfortable. There was private parking which was useful. It was an ideal place to stay as a short walk to the port and restaurants.

The guest house has a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace, and is located on a private beach. - The hosts were very helpful and friendly. - very peaceful beach, clear water, close to the room - the pool has wonderful view to the sea and a shady place for work - the whole island is very peaceful, not many cars or people

Apartments Linda มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในโปลาเช ห่างจากหาด Paljevina Beach 100 ม. Linda and her daughter Marcella were really kind and helpful. Linda waited for my arrival. Marcella helped organized everything that I asked of her and very responsive. Since I went in Spring, there weren't many restaurants open and Linda offered to make me a dinner. It was good..fish was from her husband's fishing and vegetable from their own garden, so truly organic. Thank you so much.

The view from the balcony (see photo), like the whole island, is serene and so beautiful it is Heaven on Earth. It is a minute walk to the sea so you can take many quick dips. Dragonflies and butterflies are in abundance. The Aleppo pines are full of cicadas. The restaurant is also a minute away. You see the vines growing from your room and can drink the homemade wine at the restaurant; you see fig trees and can have fig jam with your breakfast; the salad seemed homegrown too. The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to answer any questions that you might have. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The location is great! There are more restaurants, if you want them, about 5 minutes walk away and you pass Roman ruins on the way. It is a moderately easy walk to the inland lakes (about 35 minutes walk on a hilly path through the woods) where the water is even warmer for swimming. If you like walking (or cycling) there are lots of different paths and tracks signposted, from 2-14 km. There is an excellent local taxi service to get you from the port, or to take you anywhere else on the island.
