The caravan was so well equipped - my sister and I felt like we were staying in a family home rather than just a holiday home. Great location for the beach and a short drive to restaurants shops. Communication with Janice our host was excellent and access couldn't be simpler. Janice left us fresh milk and treats - so welcome after a longish drive. The bonus for us - Pet friendly. We hope to return again - there is so much to see and do in the area. It is possible to buy a pass to use the resort facilities - although we did not.

Location was excellent, host was really helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We even received everything we needed for a week, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, bin liners, etc.

Situated just less than 1 km from Sandhaven Beach, The Clifton offers accommodation in South Shields with access to a terrace, a bar, as well as a housekeeping service. The rooms, the staff, the location and the food was the best and they made me feel like home.
