David is the best Manager ever! He will goes out of his way to help you with anything. His service and hospitality is even better than some 5 stars hotels. He's an expert on good places to eat like a local. 😉 The room was very clean, comfy and got everything you needed, and more! The view from the hotel is also amazing. Will definitely come back. Also special thanks to Isaac and Tony, David's assistances for being very nice and helpful.

A modern and comfortable place, really convenient for a couple of days on the island. The host(s) didn't really speak English, but we managed to communicate somehow and they were very helpful, too.

The property is clean and the staff are very accommodating. They can help you book tickets, rent motorcycle and book activities on the island. It’s is near the port, so no worry once you arrive on the island. You can even bring food and cook at the property.

Even though the owner can't understand English, but she try very hard to explain to me by Google Translate and try to fulfill all my question. Very helpful in asking about motorcycle rental in advance as that week is public holiday in Taiwan and there is more then 6000 tourist visited the island that time. I enjoy the rest of my stay although its a rainy day that weekend. Highly recommended..!!

Good service by the host through booking.com, spoke english responded quickly. The caretaker also took the extra mile to assist us on multiple occasions (Helping with our boat ticket as I lost mine, looking for seasicknes medicine, upgrading our room for free)

The place was very clean and well decorated. Even smelled lovely! Located right along the busiest street, walking distance to 7-11, restaurants, laundry facilities and bars, it is very convenient. Ms Li was chill, funny and very helpful with suggesting places of interest, helping with our planning as we were on a tight schedule. Ms Li also provide electric scooter and she even taught us how to ride on it. You can easily access the green island with the scooter.

Wonderful view of the sea from the room. The host is amazing and super helpful and friendly. He picked us up from the ferry and helped us rent bicycles and deal with everything. The location is great, it’s right next to the sea, and you can sit in the loggia and watch the waves. From the hotel to the hot springs it’s a 20 minute bike ride.

We loved our stay at Chi Mei! The owners were so helpful. They helped us to reserve ferry tickets and electric scooters before our stay, helped us with the scooter rental process, charged our scooter batteries and organised a snorkel tour for us. The rooms were very nice and clean, the bed was comfy and there were nice toiletries provided. There is a cute roof terrace with chairs where you can watch the sunset. All restaurants are only a very short drive away.

Super cute and spacious room - we stayed here for much of the afternoon / evening due to rain and were very comfortable. Right in the middle of this part of town, easy to walk from end-to-end and find shops & restaurants. We walked a few meters and rented snorkel equipment from a shop nearby. Staff were super helpful at helping us book ferry tickets and they picked us up and dropped us off at the harbor.
