EVERYTHING. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, good quality bed linen and comfortable huge bed. Outdoor space to sit and relax looking onto the garden..and a peek of sea view. Owners are just wonderful,nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was an option of western cooked items , fresh fruits cool drinks and hot drinks. Perfect. Incredible value for money. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked up. The location we loved, peaceful haven a short walk to the beaches, and walking street, but enough away from the noise and bustle.

Davide was an amazing host. He was always very friendly and willing to help. He made our stay much nicer. The room is great and cleaned daily. The breakfast was a very nice bonus we did not expect.

The bungalow is very charming and comfortable in a green area. The restaurant is in front of the ocean on the sunset beach. The breakfast is very good. We had breakfast in the morning watching the sea. It was amazing. Water available, refrigerator, air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Took our bags to the pier for free at checkout. We rented kayaks with them for a very good price.

A beautiful location, the best - overlooking the strait between Koh Lipe and the National Park, views of the sunset on a lovely beach that is virtually private. Views of the sea from the house balconies. The house is really comfortable, everything worked.

Daily cleaning, water supply. Great location! Both sides of the beach are reachable and all restaurants, shops nearby. Free pick up from the pier was lovely welcoming. Shower outside of room so can clean yourself after beach from sand. Nice cafe.
