If you are looking for a local home environment you will be very satisfied. it was magical, we were very happy to stay there and we hope that we can come back someday. The host is wonderful, kind and friendly, explains and advises everything you need or want to know. Slovenia is a beautiful country.

I loved how peaceful the location was and how spacious the apartment ended up being. Kitchen was great, views from the balcony were beautiful. We had a wonderful stay here and would easily come back.

Kladvdija (or Klaudia) is an incredibly friendly hostess. She was understanding about us checking in somewhat later than planned because of a traffic jam. She welcomed us and gave some great tips about what to do in and around Bohinj. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It's cozy, clean and if you wish you can have plenty of privacy. The common areas, however, are also lovely. We spent most of our time at TUBA outside in the garden or near the outdoor fireplace. The pets are friendly. The apartment is situated in a beautiful and quiet location. I recommend coming by car, so that you can explore the region. What I also appreciated was that there are a few basic house rules, allowing us to get enough sleep. All in all, we are very happy about our stay here and we were sad to leave today. If we return to Ukanc, we will hopefully stay here again. Hvala!

Absolutely stunning location and one of nicest host we ever meet. Apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Balcony view on biggest and most beautiful lake of Slovenia, and another balcony view on Triglav - highest peak of Slovenia. This place absolutely stole our hearts, and we hope to return there again. Our host was experienced hiker, with massive knowledge of Bohinj zone, very friendly and talkative, true source of hints where to go, what to take with you etc. He also predict weather quite good! :) There is several restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. It's perfect mix of countryside-nature stay with handy facilities just next to you.

Location is just perfect. The place is great too, you get fully equipped kitchen, parking spot and basically everything you need. The hosts are very nice and are always there for you.

Majas apartment was really nice and comfortable. It looked even better than on the pictures. The location is great, we did 3 hikes from there and got some great advice on where to go. Maja and her daughter (I think?) are really nice and I already felt sort of homesick when leaving.
