Great location, amazing service. We have been met and escorted from and to the port on arrival and departure (even the early morning departure). Refreshing welcome drink provided on arrival. Good room cleaning. Sunbeds and towels provided by the staff directly at the beach was nice surprise. Kids play ground available just next to the hotel.

Stayed here 5 days and really enjoy it. Staff is super nice and they helped me with everything, booking tours and speedboats. They were always available for help. They also picked me up from the ferry for free as it was pouring raining. The room was super clean and they were providing water every day. Location is pretty good, just 10 min walking from the pier. Thank you guys!!

The best thing about Pelican is the staff. I have not book any activities or excursions before arriving to Maldives as I am not sure what to do and what to expect. They have been very helpful and we are communicating constantly through Whatsapp about my airport transfer, my excursions and the tour that I will pick. My excursion packages were made on the spot and I didn't realized that it must be made a day before because the trip needs 4 to 6 people to pushed through for that day. Pelican made it possible and find ways to have me included in other tour group that will leave the next morning even if my request is the night before, especially visiting the private resorts. This requires 1 day booking and not a night before but they made it possible. They are very accommodating, responsive and helpful. They made sure that I will be drop to my excursions in the morning right on time. Everything was smooth sailing. I love it here because of them.
