The property is the first property on the island which is really convenient, it was clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and helpful. There are snorkels there you can borrow, games to play, the food was amazing! This place is one of our favourite stays and we have been travelling for 8 weeks around Asia.

This truly is a hidden paradise! We loved the location, the beach, the food, the staff.. everything! The beach is very clean and quiet. We stayed at a bungalow listening to the waves of the sea and some noises of the jungle. It's also a wonderful place to go snorkeling, directly from the beach. At Sleeping Trees there are a lot of trees and cozy hammocks, we loved relaxing in the shade during the heat. Beautiful!

Omg - Where do I start? Sam is lovely! The house is lovely! The village is lovely! This whole island is lovely!! The moment it set a foot on M‘Pai Bay I decided that I would like to stay longer. Sam made it happen ♥️ she’s such a great host! Always helping you out and gives you a lot of information about what’s going on on the island, where to eat, where to chill etc. she always took care of me and was checking if everything is ok. Thanks Sam!♥️ The room has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The perks of traveling is that you meet great people and great places. But the downside is that you have to say goodbye to them ♥️

Ellen made us feel at home immediately. We felt so comfortable here in her beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, clean, and cool with the over head fan. The property also has a great balcony with hammock and view over the village. Ellen gave us great advice on what to do and where to eat in the bay as the food there is excellent. We didn’t want to leave.

Odalar gayet temiz, dizayn oldukça doğal. Odaların kapısı yemyeşil bir bahçeye açılıyor. Hamakta uzanmak ve etraftaki civcivler sayesinde köy hissini yaşamak inanılmaz. Ayrıca denize de oldukça yakın. Gece yatağınızda uzanırken dalga seslerini dinlemeniz mümkün. Kesinlikle bu sıcak ortamı yaşamanızı tavsiye ederim.Teşekkürler Simon ve tatlı ailesi. the property is simply the best value bungalow on the island! located perfectly on the main beach in the village you are not going to find a better price for you nights stay here. Mr. Sok is the most friendly and genuine man and is never shy to treat you to a beer on the beach (or many beers) simply in exchange for good conversation. his family is incredibly polite and they made our stay as fun as it was enjoyable. upon noticing my partner and I were doing home workouts on the porch of our bungalow he even gifted us homemade concrete dumbbells of various weights! just a class act and a class guy. it is to be noted that he opened the accommodation only a month or two ago and it is definitely a work in progress but he is working hard every day and it is getting better by the day. the bungalows are spacious but definitely on the rustic side. if you are looking for an all inclusive beach and cocktails vibe on a lavish chair with an air conditioned room there are other places on the island for you. however if you are happy with a hammock a cold beer and some good company you can’t go wrong here. we stayed for 13 nights and we’re on the bungalow overtop of the river/pond. and although we were skeptics at first the bugs are no worse than anywhere else on the island and the big nets provided for the beds did their job perfectly. all in all just a great stay!

Very nice bungalows. We got beneficial information from the owner on how to get to the island. The accommodation is about 70 m from the fast boat dock on a beautiful beach with white sand and beautifully azure water. There are a large number of excellent seafood restaurants in the area. The bungalow accommodation was in a quiet lane. The bungalow was clean, and it was quiet and peaceful all around. The cottage was immaculate, and all the staff was amiable.

Beach House Cambodia is an unbelievable place! The location is unique, right there at the beach, and at the same time in the village. You see children playing for hours with everything and nothing (whatever washes up with the next tide), you see villagers pulling together to clean up the beach (there is a lot of trash, a less pretty side of Cambodia in general) and there is little else to do than sit down and relax and watch the world go by. An amazing 'time-out' of everything that may be on your mind. There may be a few things to do, but when I was there, the seas were so rough and high that the boats to other parts of the island didn't sail and the place is so pure yet, there are no roads :) to get around. There is, however, a short uphill hike to a waterfall and another short hike to a beautiful and quiet beach nearby. Both would always be accessible, I imagine. When I arrived I was greeted with a genuine and heartfelt 'Hi, it's so great to see you!' And they meant it. The day to day running of the place is done by shifts of young, European, volunteers, who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. If there's anything you need: tell them. I, for instance, had booked a rather basic room which seemed fine when I booked it, but because I wasn't feeling very well by the time I got there, the room was a bit too basic after all. After sharing this, I got a really nice upgrade! There's breakfast, there are afternoon bites, there are drinks and there's the evening 'family dinner' that you're welcome to share with the volunteers. There's WiFi, there's relaxing music, there are chairs, couches, hammocks, a pool table and books to borrow. And there's an incredible owner who has some stories to tell that are truly inspiring!

Mela and Ian are super friendly hosts. They gave me a lot of suggestions where to eat, what to do and where to go on the island. I ended up hanging out with them at their bar at night. There was an incident with my room‘s window and Ian had fixed it in less than an hour. I highly recommend them :)
