Communication was excellent from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. Rooms are central and well located. That can mean some busy noise, but nothing unbearable, and they supply ear plugs if you want them. Clean and modern rooms. Whilst no on-site parking available it was easy to park to load/unload and free parking was only a 2 minute walk away. Suggestions made for where to eat after finding out what we liked.

I love the position of the accommodation, easy to access to the beaches and the city San Teodoro. There is a nice supermarket near 1-2 minutes by car that is amazing and prepare delicious sandwiches before going on boat tours and fresh local fruits.

We loved the rooms, very spacious and nicely decorated. Also well equipped. Amenities available too. The room is being cleaned every day and the garden area is beautiful. We liked that it was a bit outside of the busy town but close enough to reach beaches and restaurants within a short amount of time. The included breakfast was very nice and Laura, the host, was so lovely and nice. Always available and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

the owner spoke English well and was engaging in conversation. the breakfast she served up was the best. She didn’t charge my card and I settled the bill at checkout. the room was clean and decorated with good taste.

Everything was more than we expected. A great continental breakfast, extremely clean room and a great host who provided us with lots of useful information and made sure that we always had what we needed. The location was also great we walked into the centre of San Teodoro most evenings it took approximately 15 minutes.
