We had a wonderful time at Java Turtle homestay. Hadi made us feel home. He organized a Tour for us to Meru Betiri, Green Bay and Sukamade Beach to watch the turtles with a ranger. We also watched Tukans, Kingfisher, peakhawk, eagles, grey and black monkeys, and squirrel.The tour ist highly recommended. Also they offer very good local food at the homestay and robusta coffee. The room was clean, bathroom is nice. Great breakfast, you won't go hungry. The location is als great, short taxi ride from the station/harbour. Perfect to go to Baluran Nat. Park and Ijen, if you want to visit both. The staff is very helpful, organized a scooter on short notice. And the best of all is the view!
