Everything about the place and the host! It was such a great stay, the location is just perfect and the host is really nice and helpful, she suggested some really great food options. I think the photos are not doing enough justice to the actual apartment. It's just WOW. We felt like home and will definitely recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated so we were very happy. it had a good location to Zadar old town which was only 5 or so mins walk away (I am a quick walker so may take other up to 10 mins). Katarina was lovely and arrival and department was very simple. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

- By far our best hotel in Croatia, it is a little bit out from the tourist crowd. But the City Center can be reached in 20 min walking. - The hotel has an amazing gym with super good equipment. - Rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. They have a huge screen it really gives you a cinema like feeling. - The stuff is super friendly and helpful. - the breakfast is very delicious too and variety is ok. - Very good value for money. - We highly recommend this place. - The Pizzaria downstairs is also fablous. We had dinner there at least three Times.

Everything great, nice 2 floor apartment, lots of space, good air conditioning, secure parking in the courtyard and a very nice coffee machine. The owner was very nice and brought us extra coffee. Overall, really good value for money.

We received an upgrade and were given the penthouse - so the details are for penthouse. The interior design of the place is awesome. All the furniture and kitchen appliances are new. The balconies are enormous, having a sea view. The restaurant Karma that is at the first floor of the hotel has amazing food and decent prices for the quality. It was a visual pleasure to stay in the place. The hotel is near the city center (there are Bolt scooters parked nearby)

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building
