The appartments were spacious, modern and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The promenade are very beautiful, its only 5 minutes walk from the appartment. There are also supermarket downstairs, so it's convenient to shop. The bus station to old town is also just in front of the appartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Iva is so sweet and helpful. She came out to the road and guided us to our parking spot the night we arrived and helped us with our luggage. She even had some treats for us. She really cares about her guests. The 15min walk to and from Old Town Dubrovnik is very easy for any active people. We left our car and chose to walk to and from the apartment without any issues each day. Our stay in Dubrovnik was wonderful and we highly recommend Iva's lovely apartment.

It was a perfect stay. Even though I stayed only one night, this can easily be a longer stay accommodation. It was perfectly clean, good size of accommodation, nice bathroom, bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever, the communication with host was perfect, as well as the taking over of the keys. Ms. Paula also provided all the useful information which made my stay even better. I woud definitely recommend and I plan staying there again.

Our studio apartment was perfect. It was so clean, the location was brilliant and free parking was a great bonus. Marija was such a lovely host and even greeted us with homemade cakes and wine for my boyfriends 30th birthday. The apartment is also very close to a restaurant called Konoba Bonaca which is well worth a visit!

Not only was she incredibly helpful during our stay, but she also left a lasting impression with her thoughtfulness. One of our most memorable experiences was when she kindly offered to drive us to the airport, which was an unexpected but highly appreciated gesture. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, providing an excellent base for our explorations of the beautiful city of Dubrovnik.
