The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

I couldn't think of a more perfect place to stay in Heraklion, particularly for a shorter stay. It's a fantastic luxury apartment, spacious and comfortable, what you would expect from a 4 star hotel at a very competitive price.

The stay was absolutely amazing with Pleiades Urban Stay. The room as exceptional: clean, stylish with everything you could need or want. The staff was very helpful and nice, always asking how they could make our stay more comfortable. The location is prime as well! I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very well presented and clean. It was situated in a good spot to sightsee Heraklion. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Crete. It was excellent value for the price too.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. Great location 3 min walk from the city center, everything is near by. Big and comfortable bed and nice baby cot. it’s perfect for staying with toddler or baby. The host was amazing and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!

Excellent location on a pedestrian walkway close to shopping restaurants and port. Quiet and secure, extremely well appointed and comfortable. Accessorized like home with books, turntable with vinyl records and other nice touches. Beautiful design and lighting. Great soft bath linens including robes and extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Kitchen provided salt and pepper, coffee pods, a variety of coffee makers and various small appliances and towels.

Appartamento posto su due livelli di recente ristrutturazione, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. Il check in è facilitato grazie alla porta dotata di serratura con codice. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il passaggio del proprietario prima della nostra partenza per accertarsi che ci fossimo trovati bene.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, si nota una cura dei dettagli notevole, molto apprezzati. La cucina è attrezzata, il frigorifero di grandi dimensioni, presenti i prodotti di accoglienza. Appartamento arredato in stile moderno, perfetto per una coppia o max 3 persone. Bella e ampia terrazza. Vicino al centro, vicino a Cnosso, con belle spiagge a poca distanza. Il check in ed il check out sono stati velocissimi, super agevoli. Importante: essendo al terzo piano è consigliato per chi non ha problemi a salire le scale.
