I highly recommend this place! It's in excellent condition and has easy access to buses that can take you to Edinburgh. The cleanliness is impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

The location is perfect! It’s a quick walk to the bus stop or a cheap Uber ride to the city and does not take long before you are in the city center. Lynne and Robert were so warm and welcoming and were very informative about places we should see in and around the city. The morning we left we had heartiest, homemade Scottish breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lynne and Robert’s home deserves a 10 out of 10!

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it.
