オーナーがとっても親切なかたです！わたしはニース到着初日に空港でカード入りの財布盗難にあったのですが、その際にも一緒に警察署にも行ってくれました。日本語も話せるので、とても頼りになりました。通常のホテル住まいだったら、落ち込んだままだったと思います。 すごくいいかたでいろいろお話しができたので、その後の毎日を快適に過ごすことができました。

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

The hosts are very helpful to everything. they go out for their way to help you and advise you on what can be done in nice.
