Great location. Everything is 5 mins walk away - - Franca train station , just across the road. Arrive easy - Parc de la ciudadela - 2 min walk - Barcelona Zoo - 2 min walk - El Born District - 2 mins walk - Arc de triomf - 5-10 mins walk - Beach - 5-10 mins walk - Placa Catalunya - 8 mins by bus - Gothic Quarters - 5 mins - Las Ramblas - 8 mins by bus - Picasso Museum Room was very clean and cute, bathroom was clean and comfortable. kitchen is well stocked. It was overall a comfortable stay.

I like the location, apartment, view, and the provided facilities. Also, there is a sunny terrace on the roof and a great balcony in the apartment. And the staff is great, positive and helpful!

Its the best location in Born just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful little streets with restaurants and small wine bars. also few minutes walk from the parking 🅿️ in case you rent a car. Anna and Emma are amazing and they really helped us a lot in our difficult schedule we had. the apartments are soooo nice and comfortable

Really wonderful and welcoming staff. The room was great! Had a really cool accent wall with a beautiful wallpaper design. Located really close to the water as well as beside and across from vegan restaurants which was really good for me.

The breakfast was amazing, Emerald coordinated the right time for us and had it all prepared except for the eggs to order. The location was great, close to the bus (that ended up at Park Guell!) or a nice walk along the beach to get to the Metro. Nice restaurants and bars along the walk as well.

Perfect location, with the everything in a walking distance. The beach 5 minutes away, a row of 5 or 6 restaurants 2 minutes away, pharmacy, taxi rank all in the same block but it was the 4th floor so no noise from the street (there is a lift/elevator). A taxi to the airport was just 25/40 minutes. There is a metro station 15 minutes away (walking). Easy to collect and drop the keys as well and they made a cot available free of charge.

Very well equipped yacht. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen available, several seating areas inside and outside. The yacht is very well maintained. Lennard the host is particularly friendly and attentive. Be sure to let him give you tips, he is a real Barcelona insider!

We like the location because it was more like an residential area and we felt very safe Although in a residential area, it had many cafés nearby where you can have breakfast lunch or dinner also public transportation is right there . There was also a supermarket downstairs on the corner .
