The location is good as it’s directly in front of the the ferry and overlooks Nile river. The place is new and well-furnished. The owner “Ahmed” is really supportive and helped to arrange my activities. The bathroom is small but it’s clean and well-equipped

We loved our stay here, beautiful location overlooking the Nile, and staff who will do anything for you. Loved the Nile boat ride with Ali, and Mr Mahmoud's breakfast on the roof terrace was superb. The King of Jamaica restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and serves great local food in a nice atmosphere. A great stay, particularly if you are looking for an authentic and local experience.

Desde que marquei o alojamento e sempre que precisei, o Ahmed foi sempre muito prestável em ajudar e em tirar todas as dúvidas. O alojamento tem a melhor vista da ilha Elefantina e todos os funcionários foram super simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço também é muito bom, assim como a comida do restaurante!

A acomodação fica em uma vila e é um pouco longe dos outros locais de interesse, porém é exatamente limpa, muito bonita e colorida, os funcionários solícitos e gentis. Ótimo custo benefício!

The environment and the rooms are really gorgeous,the two restaurants are located along the Nile river which itself proves to be a beauty spots for photographing and taking a stroll,what’s more, the staff are really amiable and professional,not only promoted our rooms,but also help move our luggages,prepare early breakfast boxes,I do really would come again or recommend it to my friends

It is a nice intimate place in the beautiful island of Elephantine. The room was spotlessly clean, which was great relief after being disappointed by different hostels in Cairo. We enjoyed the short walks on the island, where we met a lot of welcoming local families, away from the hustle of downtown. We also enjoyed the beautiful little terrace and garden in front of the room, and the good dishes made by Kafana and his crew. They were all extremely nice and respectful, besides being a great company and fun to be around. We felt we were among friends. Kafana himself is very accommodating and went out of his way to get us to our train on time. Very thankful for this experience and will surely visit again.
