The communication prior to staying was excellent. Two gentlemen met us at the pinned location and helped us with our suitcases to walk up some stairs and enter the smaller streets where the hotel was situated. They were friendly and helpful and gave us all the necessary information for staying there. We loved the decor on the lounge with the walls covered in fabric and the lovely detailing behind the bed in the main bedroom. The bunks were really sturdy for the children. Some information about the sights in the local area were supplied. We requested a half an hour change in check out time at the end and the property was really accommodating.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mustafa's place, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous fruit and vegetable stands, and there's a huge two-story supermarket nearby. The tram to downtown is conveniently located just 200 meters away, and at a cost of only 2.5 EGP or 0.05 USD, it's incredibly affordable. The area is very secure and clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. Mustafa himself is an amazing person who provided valuable tips for my trip to Siwa, which turned out to be spot on. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay, and I'm already planning to return after my trip to Siwa.

the owner was present at 4am when we finally arrived from the airport he showed us around the property and made sure we had some refreshments ready as it was early in the morning. It was a great introduction to the property and the owner was always on hand if we needed help with anything.

Many thanks to you & Nour for being amazing and gracious hosts. The house is a hidden gem. It was hard to find at first, but it was worth it.
