We had a nice stay in Balchnik. The apartment was clean and the host super lovely :) We hope we could stay here again.

Quiet area,away from traffic fumes and at the same time a stone throw away from the beach. A very polite and helpful host, who promptly replied to all queries. Clean room with air freshener and access to table water(water cooler). A fridge in the room with optional drinks and kettle for hot drinks. Excellent kitchen facilities with coffee machine,oven,hobs, fridge freezer and sepatate seating areas for the number of rooms. TVs in the room and in the kitchen. A.C. . Natural well maintained grass area and stone patio for personal use.

Everything was perfect: the room - with enough beds for 3, the kitchenette with all that is needed, the access - to the place and also to the back of the building for walking the dog, the splendid terrace - large, with great view. The ower is a very kind and helpful lady.

The property is very easy to reach, very close to the promenade and the sea. The room was very spacious, clean, located at the second floor with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The owners are extremely kind (every time we met, they were asking if everything was OK and if we needed any support).

Pretty much everything was top-notch. The house is as beautiful as it gets - the design, the garden, the common space and the apartment. Everything, everywhere is clean and taken care of. The host at the place is the nicest person, helps with everything, gives good advices, is very communicative (especially with kids) and provides great housekeeping. Kids won’t stop talking about her :)

Panorama Pearl is a nice accomodation place with a superb view toward the sea, large and clean rooms. The apartment has all the appliances brand new and functional, in case you may need. Anna and Thomas are exceptional hosts, kind, fun and respectful. For sure we will come back.
