It had a wonderful ambiance, with lots of character and charm to it. It was very welcoming and everything was beautifully done and designed. Everything had been well thought out and all our needs were catered. The outside area was beautiful and the short walk down to the beach was perfect. It was the best Airbnb any of us have ever stayed in.

In our trip to Australia we had many hotels, rooms, lodges ..etc for us the best of all is without contest the room we had at jetty B&B, first we received a worm welcome and clear explanations about the room and what to do in Coffs Harbour, the bed was very comfortable, the morning you get a nice breakfast (Espresso on the patio with a nice view) everything you need to start a new day with a smile.

I love the serenity & privacy of the establishment as well as the location to the city centre. The pool area is so pretty. I have stayed here a number of times….the property managers are very accommodating & exceptionally gracious….

The unit was very cute (love the decor), we had four people stay. The unit was also in a lovely location, close to restaurants and the beach, also in driving distance to the wildlife sanctuary and trails.

The host Shannon reached out in advance and gave very clear instructions on what to do upon arrival. She was extremely helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had promptly. Thank you for the complimentary prosecco and sorting out the Netflix connectivity issue so quickly when I brought it up! The property was extremely clean and beautiful, even better than the photos. Facilities were excellent as well! Location of plugpoints were also well thought out and convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much and would love to stay again if I were to visit Coffs Harbour in the future!

Beautiful property in quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped with nice touches to make it a comfortable self contained stay incl coffee for the machine, washing liquid & fabric softener. Big walk in wardrobe for main bedroom. Electric gate to the driveway making it feel extra secure. Great views. Close to shops and cafes. Easy self check in. Good communication.
