Out in the country near the base of the mountains. Beautiful old home that’s been in the same family for 250 years! Amazing breakfast, clean rooms, warmly welcomed. Remember, these are beautiful older homes with lots of history.

Nice spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, everything clean, nice balcony, anti mosquito nets installed in all windows. Wonderful place for children with a big playground and a lot of toys. 5 mins on foot to the lake. Small house by the lake with toilet and almost private entrance to the lake, possibility to borrow a boat from the hosts and other beach equipment. The best part about our stay were the hosts who were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, they also showed us their farm and entertained our daughter by their animals.

The house is absolutely stunning. Our "apartment" was beautifully decorated with expensive fittings and the woodwork just beautiful. We didn't have breakfast as we specifically chose our accommodation so as we could self cater. Appliances and utensils all supplied and to a very high standard. Lake Fuschal itself is stunning, simply gorgeous, clean, well kept and picture postcard. The public "beach" with pool and lake swimming is just perfect in every way, the town has some lovely restaurants and is spotlessly clean. 40 minute bus ride to Salzburg and 10 to St Gilgen. Highly recommend both Haus Bergblick and Lake Fuschal.
