everything was new and clean! Location and staff were great. We liked the pool and our balcony. The bathroom was big and very nice - especially the shower was great!

The villa has just been built, everything is brand new and great quality. Quiet area but walkable to other places. Good supermarket nearby and kitchenette equipped with utensils, parking is possible on the property. Wifi works ok. Host is a nice and attentive person:)

Very nice owners who made us feel very welcome and at home. The apartment was clean and everything worked well! Would recommend the penthouse we lived in. The view from the balcony was also amazing!

The host and his mother were super nice and kind and the rooms are very clean. The apartments are close to the center and to the beaches and market. the accent to the beach without a car can be a little hard but it’s doable. if you would like to visit any secluded beaches you will need to drive.

The villa we were staying at was lovely. The owners were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. They had two wonderful children who spoke very good English who were always ready to help with any questions we had.

Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.

Perfect place to stay when you’re in Ksamil. Close to the beach and to the restaurants. Everything in walking distance. The Hosts are wonderful and if there is any problem they will handle it. Arjana gave us some suggestions for restaurants and things to do around Ksamil. Next time I need to stay longer than just one night.
