Florence is so dense you are basically in the city center. There was no need to interact with personnel, in case you prefer that.

Perfect view of the Duomo, it was fabulous! Easy walk around town to sites. The apartment was very big and spacious, the bed and linen were fabulous. Great amenities. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend!
