The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this upscale place. The apartments and furniture/equipment are of high quality and well designed. The large terrace with private heated pool was a highlight of our apartment. The property faces west, so we could enjoy a spectacular sundown every day. Complementary garage parking helps for a carefree stay.

Excellent location and super friendly host! We stayed for a week and everything went smoothly. Whenever we had questions, the host replied and helped us very quickly. Location wise, there is a supermarket really near it and a crepe place too (+ other lovely restaurants), and a Starbucks (if you like to get a coffee fast). Main bus and tram stations are just 20 min walk away and all the high streets are very close by.

We had booked the two bedroom apartment and it was everything we needed. The kick had absolutely everything to cook a nice meal. The washer and dryer work flawlessly. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms have a lot of storage space. The location is close to the old town, are there are may restaurants and stores. The public transportation that connects La Laguna to Santa Cruz is just around the corner
