The staff in this hotel are very welcoming and hospitable. The receptionist was an amazing guy. I checked in early and he was very accommodating for me and my family. There is a free underground parking inside the hotel which is safe and super nice. The location is nice and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Also very close to other shopping malls. The size of our suite was very nice and it was well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family in this place. Everything is really good. I just wish if they had a washing machine in their units that would have made it perfect. Just a suggestion for improvement. Some updates to the appliances would be great as well.

Situated in Makkah, 500 metres from Masjid Al Haram, Address Jabal Omar Makkah features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. I had an exceptional stay at this brand new hotel! Very clean, super helpful staff, great location near Haram, and the view from the 36th-floor Prayer room was the best (picture below). I highly recommend the hotel.
