The location is great - in the city center but still far enough from the bars and the cafes so the noise doesn't bother you. We were given a great, spacious room with the biggest perk - big balcony facing the sea! Great place to have coffee in the morning :) The room had air-conditioning and a mosquito-net which is a game changer for the hot nights. The balcony was underneath a tree, in the shade, also perfect for warm summer evenings.

Το Archodissa Beach Hotel βρίσκεται κατά μήκος της δημοφιλούς παραλίας Θέρμα στη Σαμοθράκη και διαθέτει περιποιημένους κήπους με εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου. We stayed 5 nights in an apartment, with an exit to the backyard and a beautiful view to the garden and the sea. The hotel looks just like in the pictures, the atmosphere is even more pleasant than you can imagine. It is a piece of “Heaven on Earth”! It is a newly built hotel (17 years ago), with quality materials, but in a traditional old Greek style. The inside is also decorated with handmade objects. The beach behind it is perfect (practically in the backyard), the other hotels on the island with comparative quality have the beaches on the other side of the road. If you are addicted to sandy beaches, there is only one on the island, it is in the South, a 30 min drive (Pachia Ammos). The yard is perfect for families with kids, with picnic tables, playground, volleyball nets. Private parking very safe. Anyway, only the goats are a danger here. You can have breakfast at the nearby taverns, it is close to all the tourist attractions on the island, but I recommend a car. Therma village and Fonias (Tavern and excursion paths) are in a reasonable range for walking, with big trees beside the road. In my opinion, it is the best accommodation on the island, which is perfect integrated in the environment, in the savage image of Samothraki and the traditional style of the villages. The cleaning services are without reproach and the hospitality of the managers is the best you can find.

Το Saonisos απέχει 200μ. από το κέντρο της Καμαριώτισσας και 300μ. από το λιμάνι και την παραλία. Διαθέτει κήπο, ηλιόλουστη βεράντα και στούντιο με μπαλκόνι και θέα στο βουνό και το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Verry friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean.
