This Alaska hotel features a fitness center with a sauna and rooms with flat-screen TVs. The hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Fairbanks International Airport. This is possibly the best place I've ever stayed at. Exceeded our expectations in every regard. The customer service at the front desk was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help us with things that were not even their problem (e.g. our issues with our airline and getting us to and from the airport to drop off our car even after we had checked out of the hotel). They kept our bags in the baggage room even after check out without any hesitation. We had blisters on day 3 and the staff helped us with bandages free of cost. The breakfast was amazing and the woman who cooks it went out of her way multiple mornings to ask me if I wanted something special to drink. I loved her. There is an ice cream offering every night free of charge. I can't recommend staying here enough!
