I stayed here for two weeks as a single traveler. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responded immediately to any issue that I brought up. The hotel is not located in a tourist district and you are on the highway within a minute. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again!

The hotel, while modest in size, is clean and has complete facilities. Best part is that it is Filipino owned so all the staff were so warm and kind. I have to mention Kuya Angelo who was my driver from the time I arrived to my return to the airport. I encountered a bit of a problem regarding my flight and he, with the girl at the reception, helped me researched for numbers to call, asked other people for help and were just so eager to assist me. Kuya Angelo also offered to take me to the airline office ahead of time and even let me used his phone to make calls. He was just so genuinely nice. Kudos to the staff of Surestay! These people make the guests' stay a lot memorable. Will surely book again for a longer stay.

I stayed 2 weeks for work. I only had the housekeeping clean a couple times, but they did an excellent job when they did. I love the bathtub and the toilet🙂 The staff were all so friendly! I have no complaints. The pill was very nice too
