Het Sails in the Desert is perfect gelegen om optimaal te genieten van de Australische Outback. Het ligt op slechts 5 minuten wandelen van het uitkijkpunt over Uluru (Ayers Rock). It's nice comfy place with good atmosphere. We like it very much. It's better to come here with the car, free parking. petrol station is near. The gate of the national park 4 km, 3 min drive. The tickets to the park better to buy on this gate. You can pay cash or card, 38 AUD per person for 3 days. So you can come and go several times, visit Uluru in the morning[it's 16 km from the gate,15 min drive] and sun sat point in the evening and next day Kata Tjuta in the morning and its sun sat point in the evening[44 km from the gate].All of this in that money. If you are without the car you will need a bus from the hotel,45 AUD per person for 1 visit and pay by credit card only!

Het Desert Gardens Hotel biedt kamers met airconditioning, waarvan sommige een eigen balkon of uitzicht op Ayers Rock (Uluru) hebben. U kunt ontspannen in het buitenbad of in het restaurant en de bar.... Mooie luxueuze kamer en nette badkamer. Rustige ligging en mooi onderhouden zwembad

The Lost Camel Hotel ligt op minder dan 15 km van Ayers Rock en biedt kamers met airconditioning en een buitenzwembad met een zonneterras. Room was simple, but spotless. Swimming pool was a wonderful spot to cool off after long hikes in 30+ temperatures. Location was terrific… right beside the “town square” with access to cafes, a grocery store, souvenir stores and a place to book tours. We had stayed here on our first trip to Australia 12 years ago, and could not make a booking six years ago because of renovations. We were happy to return and not stay in one of the more expensive venues.

Het Outback Hotel biedt een eigen restaurant en ligt op een ideale locatie voor gasten die willen genieten van alles wat Uluru of Ayers Rock te bieden heeft. Er is gratis WiFi. Het Emu Walk Apartments bevindt zich op slechts een kort eindje wandelen van het centrum van het resort Ayers Rock. Fantastic facilities and staff. So close to everything.
