We always try to stay at Drury's when we travel. They are excellent hotels and great value for the money. They provide dinner between 5:30 and 7 with complimentary drinks and breakfast in the morning. Clean, comfortable rooms, pool, exercise room and great staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities were excellent. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location and beautiful views. Gym & rooftop bar were great. Alison - the guest relationship manager - in particular helped us a lot with everything (reservations, what to do and see, etc.) and made our stay unforgettable! Could not have wished for a better place to stay.

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

Located 10 minutes’ drive from Gerald R. Ford International Airport, this Grand Rapids, Michigan hotel features an indoor pool and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi is offered in every guest room. This hotel was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie allowed me to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind and unexpected. Due to my long flight from Ecuador I was able to go to my room and rest. The breakfast was included and it has great selection. The bed is very comfy! My husband was using the gym and spa and we just felt like we were home. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and kitchen staff.
