The hotel has an amazing design, rooms are spacious, there is always a place around the pools. But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). We will definitely come back here.

The lady meeting us at the reception was extremely supportive and exceeded our expectations by giving us all information we needed including lake boats timetable, best restaurants in the neighborhood even discount card for the grocery next door. The room was big and very very clean ! The staff was super helpful ! Breakfast was excellent and over exceeded our expectation ! Cherry on top, we travelled with 2 dogs and in the room were two dog beds and bowls waiting. Best hotel we have stayed out in years ! so so recommend this place !
