Family Room is spacious and clean. The property is a few meters to coop supermarket. It is also within walking distance to all Zurich sightseeing. Only 15 mins walk to Zurich HB and the famous shopping street Bahnhofstrasse. The males receptionist are friendly and helpful. Btw, i am honored to add a photo of a very helpful and kind female staff, I think she works in the kitchen, she helps us heat frozen dinner from the Coop even after our check out.
