It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. The hotel has an amazing design, rooms are spacious, there is always a place around the pools. But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). We will definitely come back here.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. Great showers, too! One of the highlights was certainly the amazing breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Let's start from the beginning, We arrived the Hotel with our vehicle trying to figure out where to park, the employees greeted us with smile and helped us, check in + out quickly and they explained us how's everything works and how to navigate around, they answered with please to any questions we had. The room was amazing! the bed and sheets and shower was big, wide and SUPER clean. Each day the they take care to clean. At the morning a RICH breakfast served us and that is important to eat such a meal, I really recommend everyone to go there
